Two railway connections to the city from the airport are JR West’s Kansai Airport Line and the private Nankai Electric Railway.
Osaka International Airport (airport code: ITM), often called Itami Airport, houses most of the domestic services, some international cargo flights, and international VIP charters from and to the metropolitan region. The airport is on the border of the cities of Itami and Toyonaka. A convenient option to get to Osaka’s city center is the Airport Limousine Buses, which run frequently from Itami Airport to various locations within Osaka and elsewhere in the region.
