In Portuguese, it is called Aeroporto de Lisboa, Aeroporto da Portela, or Aeroporto da Portela de Sacavém. Located between Loures and Lisboa, the airport is linked to the Lisbon city center by an Aerobus (line 91) every 20 minutes from 7AM - 9PM and bus lines 5, 8, 22, 44, 45, 83. Taxis can be found outside of the arrival and departure area. Some taxis will charge extra for luggage and a bit more at night.
As one of the largest airports in Southern Europe, you are likely to find a direct international flight there. But if you fly to a larger European hub (like London, Paris or Frankfurt) and then book a separate ticket on a European budget airline to Lisbon, you might be able to save some money.
